CFRT Honeycomb Panel
The CFRT series honeycomb panel is a new type of thermoplastic surface layer composed of high-performance CFRT strips. The core layer is made of honeycomb material with low bulk density and high strength, and adopts environmentally friendly thermal composite technology.

(1) Low density and light specific gravity, the skin is generally 1.4g/cm ³, the thermosetting FRP plate is usually 2.2g/cm ³, and the aluminum plate is 2.7g/cm ³. It has excellent performance as a material for truck body;
(2) Fully immersed continuous glass fiber reinforced material is directionally layered on the surface, significantly improving impact resistance;
(3) Good bending performance, superior to materials such as color steel sandwich panels, plywood, fiberglass reinforced plastic, etc;
(4) Good weather resistance (can be used between -40 and 80 ℃)
(5) Chemical corrosion resistance
(6) The surface texture can be customized, such as floating honeycomb panels that can be used for anti slip boards.
