Short Description:

Vacuum infusion is a process used to manufacture composite parts. In this process, a dry fiber preform (such as fiberglass or carbon fiber) is placed in a mold, and a vacuum is applied to remove the air from the mold cavity. Resin is then introduced into the mold under vacuum pressure, allowing it to impregnate the fibers evenly. The vacuum pressure helps to ensure complete resin infiltration and minimize voids in the final part. Once the part is fully infused, it is cured under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

● Inmould gel coat finishes can be employed for desired cosmetic finishes.
