On August 22nd, the first set of MySE200 (B) model blades for the Gansu Jiuding Mingyang project was successfully shipped.
From the first trial production to the successful delivery of the first set, it took only 22 days. This blade type is a new product development, with a total length of 98.5 meters, making it the longest onshore wind turbine blade produced by the Gansu Jiuding Mingyang project.
From initial investment to production and manufacturing, testing and validation, and offline shipment, the project team has developed a detailed project plan, with clear time nodes and task objectives set for each stage. Based on the complexity and risk of the project, corresponding emergency plans have been developed to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
During the process of new product development and production, difficulties arise one after another, including the optimization of pre production plant renovation, process route design, mold installation and acceptance, equipment and tooling debugging, and communication with customers. Faced with various problems such as the initial production of embedded blade roots, the initial use of integrated pressure fixtures, significant deviations in components and main mold raw materials, and lack of facilities and equipment in the face of new process design, the project team members have always adhered to the corporate spirit of "gathering wisdom and pursuing excellence", overcome difficulties and strive for excellence, and finally completed the trial production and shipment of the new product.
The successful shipment of the new wind turbine blade product not only marks another major breakthrough in the company's wind power field, but also injects new impetus into the company's development.
