Photovoltaic backplane sheet – made by hot pressing composite of multi-layer glass fiber reinforced PP prepreg tape. In order to improve the appearance quality and certain functional layers, functional materials can be composite on the upper and lower surfaces (such as coating process, adhesive composite process, or hot pressed composite functional film). The unit area mass of continuous fiberglass impregnated reinforced PP unidirectional tape is 245-450g/㎡, with a glass fiber content of 60-70%. The specific structure and unit area mass can be designed according to the requirements of the photovoltaic panel.
